Melt Restaurant at the Promenade Saucon Valley
Prom costs are through the roof, especially if a place like Melt is the venue for the pre Prom dinner. There was a table of tuxedo'ed and gowned customers obviously on the way to prom. Must have dropped at least$120 per couple for dinner.
Anyway, large selection of antipasti on menu, interesting side dishes, such as polenta with mascarpone (very creamy, not solid in texture). And, if you order a bottle of wine, and don't finish it, you can take it home. Good feature...
I took a few photos, of course, including the bathroom. Neglected to photograph the presentation of our entrees. Nice, but not that special, but the food was very good.

Pho, Vietnamiese breakfast cuisine
Come Full Circle: Pho, breakfast of champion
Probably noone in the "Donut Belt" would entertain the idea of eating this for breakfast !
(which proves the wisdom of the saying "Never offer an all you can eat buffet to a nation of fat people!")
LOL.
This soup sounds a bit spicy for me, but I would certainly try it!
